  2. 服务发布顺序：建议 DB migration → API → Link → Web → Admin。API/Link 依赖新 schema 与 Workspace billing/resource 表；Web 最后发布可减少前端先暴露新入口但后端/表未就绪的窗口。
  3. 数据 seed / catalog 判断：本次主要不是模型目录 seed 发布；无需额外模型 catalog workflow。团队 billing catalog/fixture 相关 seed 变更多用于本地/测试，生产仍以 migration 与服务配置为准。
  4. 发布后观测：重点验证 Team checkout、余额/额度/自动充值/账本、Workspace console、邀请/席位、event replay、resource publish/rollback、CLI team-project pull、Link HPA/timeout 与扣费归属。
